Inline-Skaterhockey

Inline-Skaterhockey ist eine Sportart, die aus dem Eishockey heraus entstanden ist und stellt heutzutage eine rasante Mannschaftssportart dar, die durch koordinative und konditionelle Anforderungen geprägt ist. Gespielt wird mit Inlineskates, Schlägern und einem Hartgummiball.

Voraussetzung für eine Teilnahme ist das sichere fahren auf Inlineskates. Gespielt wird ohne Körperkontakt.

Ziele des Kurses sind die Vertiefung des Fahrniveaus, das Erlernen des Umgangs mit dem Schläger und mannschaftstaktische Elemente. Jede Kursstunde beginnt mit Übungen zur Verbesserung ausgewählter Techniken und endet mit freiem Spiel, um die Technik anzuwenden.

Voraussetzungen:

 Das sichere Fahren auf Inlineskates.

Mitzubringen:

Inlineskates! Hockeyschläger können begrenzt ausgeliehen werden. Als Ausrüstung werden Helme, Schienbeinschoner, Handschuhe und Ellenbogenschoner empfohlen.

Besonderheiten:

Wetterbedingt kann der Kurs auch mal ausfallen. Darüber wird rechtzeitig informiert.

Inline skater hockey

Inline skater hockey is a sport that developed from ice hockey and is now a fast-paced team sport that is characterized by coordination and physical requirements. The game is played with inline skates, rackets and a hard rubber ball.

The prerequisite for participation is safe inline skating. The game is played without physical contact.

The aim of the course is to deepen the driving level, learn how to use the racket and team tactical elements. Each lesson starts with exercises to improve selected techniques and ends with free play to apply the technique.

Who can participate:

All those who want to play inline hockey, whether you are a beginner or pro.

Requirements:

Safe riding on inline skates.

What to bring:

Inline skates! A limited number of hockey sticks can be borrowed. Helmets, shin guards, gloves and elbow pads are recommended as equipment.

Special notes:

Class may be cancelled due to weather. If so, participants will be notified in due time.
