The beginners course on Monday is aimed at everyone who wants to try out the sport for the first time and everyone who has already played in the park with friends and now wants to get to know the sport better. Here the basic techniques such as setting, hitting, serving, receiving and defense are taught and, above all, there is a lot of playing.
The advanced course on Tuesday is aimed at everyone who already knows the basic techniques or who has regularly attended one of our courses in the last semester. Here, exercises are used to build on the participants' current skills and thus further develop their skills. There will also be free play at the end of the training session.
The course for beginners and advanced learners on Friday is aimed at anyone who would like to have another training session to deepen what they have learned and implement it in free play.
