The Unwind Pilates 10 session course is designed to give you a combination of strengthening and stretching exercises followed by relaxation to help you unwind your body and mind. The class will leave you feeling stronger, leaner and more flexible than when you started. You'll learn simple but powerful Pilates exercises that will help you with the stresses of modern life and give you a great platform to meet cool new people from all over the world.
The course is suitable for everyone from complete beginners to seasoned professionals - your instructor Mila will show you variations of each exercise based on your fitness level and experience. Not only that but the exercises you learn can be practiced at home to prolong the benefit.

What to bring:
We recommend the following:
- wear sporty clothes that allow you a full range of movement
- bring a Yoga/Pilates mat - something soft to exercise on
- have some water to drink to stay hydrated during the lesson
