Anmeldemodalitäten:

Melde dich bitte über das untenstehende Online-Formular zum Welcome Turnier an. Im Anschluss bekommst du eine Bestätigungs-E-Mail über deine Anmeldung. Wir weisen dich einem Team zu und geben dir am Turniertag bei der Turnieranmeldung um 12:30 Uhr eine Info dazu.

Wenn du vorab mit bestimmten Personen ein Team bilden willst, dann trage bei der Anmeldung auf dem Anmeldeformular bei den Eingabefeld ‚Teamname‘ euren Teamnamen ein. Alle Personen aus deinem Team melden sich auch normal an und tragen bei Teamnamen den gleichen Teamnamen ein. Wir werden euch dann nach Teamnamen zusammenstellen (max. 8 Personen).

Wichtig: Alle Teilnehmenden müssen sich für die Turnierteilnahme hier online anmelden und sich am Turniertag bereits um 12:30 Uhr zur Anmeldung in der Halle bei der Turnierleitung einfinden.

Anmeldeschluss für Teams ist am 31.10.25 (bis 23:59 Uhr und soweit noch Plätze zur Verfügung).

Spielbeginn:

Turniereröffnung ist Samstag, 8. November 2025 um 13:00 Uhr in der Spielhalle der TU Darmstadt. Bitte beachten: Anmeldung ist bereits um 12:30 Uhr!

Adresse der Halle: Nieder-Ramstädter-Straße 164, 64287 Darmstadt (Straßenbahnhaltestelle „Merck-Stadion“ aussteigen und über Parkplatz Böllenfalltorhalle zum Eingang über Sportscafé) --> Lageplan findest du mit Click auf SH bei Ort in der Anmeldetabelle weiter unten!

Spielmodus:

Gespielt wird auf einem Feld mit 6 Feldspieler:innen. Jedes Team muss zu jeder Zeit des Spieles mindestens eine Frau und einen Mann auf dem Spielfeld haben.

Ein Team besteht aus maximal 8 Personen, die sich alle über unser Buchungssystem anmelden müssen (siehe Anmeldemodalitäten).

Bitte beachte unbedingt die Hallenregeln:

  • Die Sporthallen dürfen nur mit sauberen Sportschuhen mit heller Sohle und in Sportkleidung benutzt werden. (Sportschuhe, die vorher draußen getragen wurden, dürfen nicht genutzt werden!)
  • Straßenkleidung und Sporttaschen dürfen in den Sporthallen nicht abgelegt werden. Hierzu sind die verschließbaren Spinde in den Umkleidekabinen zu verwenden.
  • Jede Verunreinigung der Hallen, insbesondere der Zuschauertribünen und der Umkleideräume, hat zu unterbleiben.
  • Abfälle sind in die dafür vorgesehenen Abfallbehälter zu werfen. In den Sporthallen herrscht absolutes Rauchverbot.
  • Glasflaschen in den Sportanlagen sind verboten.

Registration modalities:

Please register for the Welcome Tournament using the online form below. You will then receive a confirmation email regarding your registration. We will assign you to a team and provide you with further information on the day of the tournament when you register at 12:30 p.m.

If you would like to form a team with specific people in advance, please enter your team name in the ‘team name’ field on the registration form. All members of your team should also register and enter the same team name. We will then put you together according to team names (max. 8 people).

Important: All participants must register online here to take part in the tournament and must arrive at the tournament venue by 12:30 p.m. on the day of the tournament to register with the tournament organisers.

Saturday, November 8, 2025 at 1:00 pm in the hall of the university.

Please note: Registration is already at 12:30 pm!

Game mode:

The game is played on a pitch with 6 players. Each team must have at least one woman on the pitch at all times during the game.

A team consists of a maximum of 8 people, all of whom must register via our booking system (see registration modalities)

Please be sure to observe the hall rules:

  • The sports halls may only be used with clean sports shoes with light-coloured soles and in sports clothing. (Sports shoes that were previously worn outside may not be used).
  • Street clothes and sports bags may not be left in the sports halls. The lockable lockers in the changing rooms need to be used for this purpose.
  • Any soiling of the halls, in particular the spectator stands and changing rooms, must be avoided.
  • Waste must be thrown into the waste bins provided for this purpose. Smoking is absolutely prohibited in the sports halls.

Glass bottles are prohibited in the sports facilities.
