Kickboxing provides a whole-body fitness training. It represents a stand-up combat sport based on kicking and punching, using your arms and legs to strike hits on your partner. The activity is practiced for self-defense, general fitness, or as a contact sport.
This 3 hour lasting trial session likes to open a first contact to that attractive kind of sportive activity. We will choreograph the techniques and combinations to music, and will do exercises in rope skipping, shadow-boxing, forward kicks, punches, the fancy footwork you see boxers do in the ring and others. The goal is to introduce basic skills and movements, and ? over all ? to have fun!

This trial session goes out to every International Student or Employee who likes to gather first experiences in kick-boxing.
